More than 10 years of experience

Christine Pretti is an executive coach and performance psychology professional who helps leaders strengthen their ability to perform, lead, and make effective decisions in complex and high-pressure environments. Her approach combines the science of human performance with practical leadership development strategies to help executives become more intentional, resilient, confident, and effective.

With a foundation in sport and performance psychology, Christine brings decades of insight into how mindset, focus, confidence, resilience, and emotional regulation influence performance. She applies these principles primarily in corporate and organizational settings, helping leaders understand not only what they need to do differently, but the psychological factors that influence how they show up when it matters most.

Throughout her career, Christine has worked with leaders, teams, and organizations across corporate, government, military, and performance-focused environments. Her executive coaching work centers on helping leaders navigate increased responsibility, organizational change, difficult decisions, team dynamics, and the pressure that accompanies high levels of performance and accountability.

Christine’s coaching style blends inquiry and self-discovery with practical performance strategies. She helps leaders recognize patterns in their thinking and behavior, increase self-awareness, and develop actionable strategies they can apply immediately. Her work frequently focuses on executive presence, confidence, resilience, communication, decision-making, focus, adaptability, and leading effectively under pressure.

Christine holds a graduate degree from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and has advanced training and experience in applied performance psychology and resilience. Her background allows her to bring a performance-focused perspective to executive coaching—helping leaders develop the mental skills and leadership behaviors required to perform consistently in demanding environments.

At the heart of Christine’s work is the belief that leadership performance can be intentionally developed. Just as organizations invest in the systems and strategies required for success, leaders can develop the psychological skills, habits, and behaviors that enable them to perform at a higher level—and create the conditions for those around them to do the same.
