Ray Stith is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at HigherEchelon, Inc. where he oversees all functions of HR and is responsible for the development and implementation of HigherEchelon’s long term talent management strategy.
Prior to joining HigherEchelon, Ray amassed more than 16 years of leadership experience in various roles in the United States Army, as well as in corporate roles in Operations, Commercial Strategy, and Human Resources.
Ray is a firm believer that talent is the key to high performing organizations and is passionate about ensuring that a talent-based culture is a major portion of HigherEchelon’s offense and that the attraction and development of talent is at the forefront of the strategy.
Ray is a 2006 graduate of West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering and earned his MBA from Trident University. He is an author and continues to encourage and push individuals to seek ways to improve themselves in both the mind and body. Ray resides in Argyle, TX with his wife and two children.
