More than 20 years of experience

Tony Donatelli serves as the Vice President for Technology Growth at HigherEchelon, where he is responsible for building digital capabilities and strategic partnerships that prepare warfighters for the future. With more than 20 years of experience, Tony operates at the intersection of defense logistics, high-fidelity simulation, and serious game development—connecting innovative technology solutions to the Department of Defense’s most critical operational challenges.

Prior to joining HigherEchelon, Tony served as a U.S. Army Civilian, where he led the Logistics Engineering Laboratory (LogLab). In this role, he transformed the organization into a modern, agile software studio and led the development of LogSIM, a “digital wind tunnel” that enables the Army to model and predict long-term sustainment outcomes for major acquisition programs. This work directly supported key initiatives, including the Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) program, providing decision-makers with data-driven insight into design and lifecycle tradeoffs.

At HigherEchelon, a premier SDVOSB, Tony leverages an insider’s perspective on government acquisition, technology development, and mission requirements to drive growth strategies that align cutting-edge capabilities with real-world defense needs. His focus is on translating complex challenges into actionable solutions that enhance readiness, resilience, and performance across the force.
