Juliette is HigherEchelon’s Manager of Operational Effectiveness. Juliette graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2014 where she earned a B.S in Systems Management and competed as a Division I Short Course Swimmer for the Black Knights. Before joining the industry, Juliette served as an Air Defense Artillery Officer in the U.S. Active Duty Army for five years.
Juliette has been with HigherEchelon since 2019, and helps lead the Process Improvement Group – the bar raisers of the organization who help set and reinforce the HigherEchelon way of doing business and enable the organization for success through training, support, and quality assurance. Additionally, Juliette serves as a Project Manager for the Enterprise Technology & Cloud Solutions business segment. Juliette is a certified Project Management Professional, CMMI Associate, Scrum Master, SAFe DevOps Practitioner, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Administrator.
