Angela Roth is HigherEchelon’s Manager of Human Resources. She joined HE with over 9 years of experience in recruiting and human resources, specializing in the government contracting arena. She has been responsible for staffing several large government contract efforts from the ground up. Her primary focus is to promote the personal well-being and professional development of our employees. She supports HigherEchelon employees by consulting on career development, benefits, and compensation matters. In addition, she works closely with HigherEchelon’s owners and management team to ensure employee and corporate compliance by developing and maintaining employee training processes, updating policies and procedures, and overseeing our recruiting and hiring systems.
