Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR) is a 5-year base, 1 x 5-year option, 25 billion, FFP, VA Department-wide IDIQ that covers a broad range of general management and business support services and solutions. VECTOR is a SDVOSB vehicle with a $15 million size standard.
