HigherEchelon, as subcontractor, supports SAIC in this contract for the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) in a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) on the GSA MAS Schedule for advisory and assistance services to AMCOM and its customers with Federal Supply Schedule contractors in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation. This contract also provides technical support for Aviation and Missile Research, Development, and Engineering Center (AMRDEC), the Program Executive Offices (PEO), and allies for fielded Army aviation and missile systems.
