VA Enterprise Case Management Solutions (VECMS)

Awarded as a task under General Service Administration’s Salesforce Implementation, Integration, and Support Services (SIISS), the focus for this effort is to provide VA with User Centered Design, Salesforce Configuration Development and Integration Support for VECMS, to include project management, requirements elaboration, design, configuration, content creation, testing support, training, change management support, and the development and enhancement of new and existing modules.  The overall value of the BPA is capped at $260M.
